Pickup orders
- Pick-up orders can be arranged at our store front at 11231 Jasper Ave, Edmonton, Alberta during our store hours
Refunds & Exchanges
- Please note, that returns and exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. We are not accountable for the misuse of any of our products.
- Please contact us via email at info@reneebeaute.com, using the contact form on our website within 7 days of receiving your product. We cannot consider returns or exchanges beyond 7 days after delivery.
- Upon receipt of your returned items, please allow 2 weeks for us to process your return.
