How to Book an Appointment on Our Website
Step 1: Visit our website
Go to our online booking page at www.reneebeaute.com (click on BOOK NOW) 
Step 2: Pick Your Artist
Select the artist you’d like to book with.
If you’re not sure which artist to choose, feel free to contact us for recommendations.
Step 3: Choose Your Service
Select the service you would like to book (lashes, brows, lips, etc.).
Click on the service category, then choose the exact service you need.
Step 4: Select Your Date & Time
Browse through the available dates and time slots.
Choose the time that works best for you.
Step 5: Confirm Your Appointment
Enter your contact information and any notes you’d like us to know, then finalize your booking.

Deposits

Upon scheduling an appointment, clients will be required to put down a deposit for their service. This deposit will be deducted from the total service fee due on the day of their appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice. To retain your deposit, kindly provide more than 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment.

Cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable. We value both your time and your artist’s time at Renee Beaute. In the case of a missed appointment, our artists deserve compensation. Should you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled time. This ensures our ability to accommodate another client and avoids the forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show, and we won’t be able to accommodate them. Our artists handle multiple clients each day and require the full allotted time for every appointment. Clients who wish to reschedule may do so but will be required to place another deposit.

Rescheduling Appointments

Clients can reschedule appointments with an artist by providing at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled appointment. Please note, due to limited availability, we may not have immediate appointments available for rescheduling. In such cases, promotional rates may be subject to change. For clients rescheduling a touch up appointment, rates will vary based on the chosen time frame for the new appointment.
